How to Use – Cold Application
Place the gel pack flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Apply over a cloth or towel for comfortable contact.
How to Use – Warm Application
Hot Water Method:
Heat water in a pot until boiling.
Remove from heat.
Submerge the gel pack for 8–10 minutes.
Remove, dry, and apply over a cloth or towel.
Microwave Method:
Lay the pack flat on a paper towel or microwave-safe surface.
Heat for 30 seconds.
Remove carefully and knead to distribute warmth.
If additional warmth is needed, heat in 10-second intervals.
Always use over a cloth or towel.
Care Instructions
