EnhDme is an authorized online retailer for leading manufacturers including McKesson and other global brands. All orders are fulfilled via contracted manufacturer-direct fulfillment to ensure product authenticity, factory-fresh quality, and reliable delivery.

At EnhDme, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience. This policy outlines our logistical procedures, costs, and delivery timelines.

1. Shipping Area & Limitations

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time due to carrier restrictions for durable hardware.

2. Shipping Costs

Orders under $95.00: A flat shipping rate of $8.95 applies.
Orders $95.00 and over: FREE Standard Shipping is provided.
Oversized Equipment: All standard shipping rates or freight charges are calculated explicitly at checkout based on package weight and dimensions before final payment. There are no hidden handling surcharges.

3. Processing & Transit Times

Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 PM CST (GMT-06:00).
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Transit Time: 3–4 business days (Monday – Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery: 4–6 business days.

4. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date so we can assist with a carrier claim and a replacement.
