Refund Policy

At EnhDme, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains how and when refunds are issued. To learn what items are eligible to be sent back and how to start a return, please see our Return Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued for eligible items that have been returned and approved in accordance with our Return Policy. Items must meet the condition and timing requirements described there before a refund can be processed.

2. Refund Processing & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement after approval.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card or account.

4. Restocking Fees & Deductions

Standard returns are not subject to restocking fees. However, a 20% restocking fee applies to larger or specialty items, including but not limited to powered mobility equipment (power wheelchairs, mobility scooters, power lift chairs), hospital beds and bed frames, large air mattresses and low-air-loss mattress systems, patient lifts, and other oversized or freight-shipped equipment. Where applicable, this fee is deducted from your refund amount. The restocking fee does not apply to items returned because they were damaged, defective, or shipped in error. 5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if we shipped the wrong item, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you, with no restocking fee deducted. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days of delivery.

6. How to Request a Refund

Refunds begin with a return request. To start, email customerservice@enhdme.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will guide you through the process.
