Product Warranty Policy

EnhDme is an authorized online retailer of durable medical equipment and home-care products from leading manufacturers and distributors, including McKesson, Cardinal Health, Drive Medical, and Shoprider. All products sold through EnhDme.com are covered by the official warranty provided by the original manufacturer of the product.

1. Manufacturer Warranties

Warranty coverage for every product sold by EnhDme is provided directly by the manufacturer. Warranty length, terms, and conditions are set by each manufacturer and vary by product. Specific warranty information for any item is available upon request before purchase, and warranty documentation is included with your order when applicable.

2. Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@enhdme.com. Damage-on-arrival claims are processed directly through EnhDme in accordance with our return guidelines and may qualify for immediate replacement or a full refund. Please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

If your product develops a defect within the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact EnhDme directly. We act as your retail liaison with the manufacturer to facilitate the claim and minimize the steps required on your end.

To file a warranty claim, please email customerservice@enhdme.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The product name and model
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or video of the defect (if applicable)

We will acknowledge your claim within one business day and guide you through the manufacturer's specific warranty process. Resolution options are determined strictly by the manufacturer and may include repair, replacement parts, full product replacement, or factory refund.
