This Payment Policy explains how payments are accepted and processed when you place an order with EnhDme, a brand operated by Kevin’s Caregiver Network LLC (“EnhDme,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through enhdme.com, you agree to the terms below.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay
- PayPal and Venmo
The full list of available options is always shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorized payment processors.
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you pay with a card issued outside the United States, your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees that are outside our control.
When You Are Charged
Your payment is authorized when you place your order. Depending on the item and order type, your card may be charged at the time the order is placed. For pre-order, backordered, or special-order items, you may be charged at the time of purchase to reserve the item.
Authorization Holds
When you place an order, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your account to confirm that funds are available. This is not a duplicate charge. If an order is canceled or adjusted, any hold is released according to your bank’s processing timeline, which is set by your bank and not by EnhDme.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax where required by law, calculated based on your shipping destination and the applicable tax rate. Any tax is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Some durable medical equipment may be tax-exempt in certain states. If you believe your purchase qualifies for a tax exemption, contact us before ordering so we can advise you on the documentation required.
Pricing and Errors
All prices are subject to change without notice. While we work to ensure pricing is accurate, errors can occasionally occur. If an item’s correct price is different from the price shown, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even after an order is confirmed. If your payment has already been charged for a canceled order, you will receive a full refund.
Order Verification and Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, we may verify billing and order information and screen orders for fraud. We may request additional verification before processing an order, and we reserve the right to hold or cancel any order that we are unable to verify or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent. Your billing information must match the details on file with your payment provider.
Prescription (Rx) Items
Certain products require a valid prescription before they can be shipped. For these items, your payment may be authorized at checkout, but your order will not be finalized or shipped until prescription verification is complete in accordance with our Prescription (Rx) Item Verification Policy. If verification cannot be completed, your order will be canceled and any payment or authorization will be refunded or released.
Recurring and Subscription Orders
If you sign up for an auto-reorder or subscription product, you authorize us to automatically charge your saved payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel. Billing frequency, pricing, and cancellation terms are governed by our Subscription Policy. You can manage, pause, or cancel a subscription at any time as described in that policy.
Declined or Failed Payments
If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be completed. Please confirm your payment details with your provider and try again, or use an alternative payment method.
Payment Security
We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Card data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors, and sensitive payment information is encrypted during transmission.
Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, are issued to your original payment method in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
