Return Policy

At EnhDme, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because we provide medical and personal care supplies, we maintain strict safety and hygiene standards for all returns to protect our customer base. This policy explains what items can be returned and how to start a return. For information on how and when your money is returned, please see our Refund Policy.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility & Condition

  • Unopened Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the original, untampered packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, incontinence products, personal care items, and products with broken safety seals are not eligible for return once opened.
  • Manufacturer Restrictions: Items marked as "Non-Returnable" by the manufacturer cannot be accepted for return.
  • Large & Specialty Items: Certain large or specialty items are subject to a restocking fee upon return (see Section 3).

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item), EnhDme will provide a pre-paid return label. You will incur no costs.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item for any other reason, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fees: EnhDme does not charge restocking fees on standard returns. However, a 20% restocking fee applies to returns of larger or specialty items, including but not limited to powered mobility equipment (power wheelchairs, mobility scooters, power lift chairs), hospital beds and bed frames, large air mattresses and low-air-loss mattress systems, patient lifts, and other oversized or freight-shipped equipment. This fee is deducted from the refund amount and helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs associated with these items. The restocking fee does not apply to items returned because they were damaged, defective, or shipped in error.

4. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email customerservice@enhdme.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

5. Damaged or Defective Goods

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can provide a replacement or full refund.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which explains processing times, refund methods, and any applicable deductions.
