Subscription & Auto-Ship Cancellation Policy

At EnhDme, we want you to have full control over your wellness supplies. Our "Subscribe & Save" program is designed to be flexible and transparent.

1. Easy Cancellation Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments, hidden fees, or cancellation penalties. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

2. How to Cancel

  • Self-Service: Log into your account at enhdme.com, navigate to "My Subscriptions," and select "Cancel Subscription."
  • Customer Support: Email us at customerservice@enhdme.com or call +1 (888) 364-3630. (Please allow 1 business day for manual processing).

3. Billing & Access

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to receive any remaining shipments already paid for, and no further charges will be applied to your payment method.

4. Refunds on Subscriptions

Subscription charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped. If you receive a defective or incorrect item in your subscription box, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.

5. Managing Your Plan

You can modify your subscription settings through your account dashboard at any time:

  • Skip a Shipment: Pause your delivery for one cycle without canceling.
  • Change Frequency: Adjust delivery to monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly.
  • Update Products: Add or remove items from your recurring order.
