Subscription & Auto-Ship Cancellation Policy

At EnhDme, we want you to have full control over your wellness supplies. Our "Subscribe & Save" program is designed to be flexible, transparent, and user-friendly.
1. Easy Cancellation Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments, hidden fees, or cancellation penalties. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next recurring billing date.
2. How to Cancel
- Self-Service: Log into your account at enhdme.com, navigate to "My Subscriptions," and select "Cancel Subscription."
- Customer Support: Email us at customerservice@enhdme.com or call +1 (888) 364-3630. (Please allow 1 business day for manual processing).
3. Billing & Subscription Termination
Upon processing your cancellation, no further charges will be applied to your payment method, and all future scheduled recurring shipments will be stopped immediately. Any orders that have already entered fulfillment or have been securely billed prior to cancellation will be delivered as scheduled.
4. Refunds on Subscriptions
Subscription recurring charges are non-refundable once the specific order cycle has been processed and shipped. If you receive a defective or incorrect item in your subscription shipment, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.
5. Managing Your Plan
You can modify your subscription settings through your account dashboard at any time:
- Skip a Shipment: Pause your delivery for one cycle without canceling.
- Change Frequency: Adjust delivery to monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly.
- Update Products: Add or remove items from your recurring order.
