ENHDME is independently owned and operated by Kevin, a veteran advocate with over 25 years of experience in the caregiving industry. Based in Columbus, Mississippi, Kevin’s leadership is rooted in real-world experience supporting his own loved ones.
A recognized expert and published author, Kevin wrote "Swipe Right On Care: Making Your Home Care Brand Stand Out Online," a practical guide used by agencies nationwide to build trust and clear communication with families. A self-proclaimed "home care nerd," he previously served as a National Director in the care education field. Kevin has also had the honor of twice presenting the National Caregiver of the Year Award on behalf of the Home Care Association of America. At ENHDME, he uses this deep industry knowledge to ensure every product we carry meets his high standards for reliability and daily practicality.
Valerie Shaw (COO)
Valerie brings over 25 years of experience in the home care industry. Having transitioned from professional care coordination to agency ownership, she understands the logistics of creating a supportive home environment. As a former family caregiver herself, Valerie ensures that ENHDME provides practical guidance and reliable product information that families can actually use.
Douglas Shaw (CFO)
Douglas provides the operational backbone of ENHDME. A veteran of the United States Air Force with over 22 years of service, he brings a level of discipline and integrity to our financial operations. Douglas has been the primary caregiver for his mother since 2018, giving him a deep, personal understanding of the tools needed to maintain a safe and stable home.
