EnhDme is the durable medical equipment (DME) and home-care retail store operated by Kevin's Caregiver Network LLC, a family-owned business based in Columbus, Mississippi. We are a registered healthcare provider (NPI: 1831034107) and an authorized retail partner of leading medical supply distributors and DME manufacturers, including McKesson, Cardinal Health, Drive Medical, and Shoprider.
We started this work because we have lived it — as caregivers, as educators, as advocates — and we know how much the right equipment matters when someone you love needs to stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
We work directly with home care agencies, family caregivers, and individuals navigating the challenges of daily living. Every product in our catalog is sourced through verified distributor and manufacturer relationships to meet real standards of mechanical reliability, daily utility, and quality of life.
Our Story
Kevin's Caregiver Network LLC was established to serve seniors, family caregivers, and elder-care professionals. Our first initiative was ElderNetHub, a home-care education and resource project providing guidance to caregivers and families navigating aging in place, and home care marketing resources.
As we worked with caregivers and families over time, the most consistent question we heard was practical: "Where can we actually purchase the equipment you teach us about?" — the walkers, wheelchairs, mobility scooters, home-safety products, and daily-living essentials that make aging in place possible.
In response, we launched EnhDme.com as the retail arm of our business — a dedicated online retail store for durable medical equipment, operated by the same family team under the same legal entity, Kevin's Caregiver Network LLC.
Our Name
The name EnhDme combines ENH, drawn from our original ElderNetHub identity, with DME, the standard industry abbreviation for Durable Medical Equipment. The same family team that founded Kevin's Caregiver Network LLC operates EnhDme today, with the same ownership and the same mission.
Kevin is the founder and driving force behind EnhDme. A Certified DME Specialist (CDME) through the Board of Certification/Accreditation, he brings over 20 years of experience in the home-care sector — working alongside leading agencies including Visiting Angels and Assisting Hands Home Care, and working for the Institute of Professional Care Education (IPCed) to raise industry standards nationwide.
Kevin previously served as a National Marketing Director in the care education field and has twice had the honor of presenting the National Caregiver of the Year Award at the Home Care Association of America's annual event. He is also the author of Swipe Right On Care, a practical guide for marketing professionals in the home care industry.
Based in Columbus, Mississippi, Kevin leads EnhDme with the conviction that access to the right equipment — and the right information — changes lives.
Valerie brings over 25 years of professional experience in non-medical home care to her role at EnhDme. As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®, she has spent her career helping families and care professionals navigate the equipment and support systems that make aging in place possible.
Valerie built a highly successful home care business as part of the Assisting Hands franchise network in Arizona, and currently serves as the Area Representative for Assisting Hands Home Care — Arizona, where she mentors and supports new franchise owners as they build their own thriving businesses. At EnhDme, she oversees quality control, distribution standards, and the integrity of our product catalog.
Douglas oversees the financial operations and logistical backbone of EnhDme. A United States Air Force veteran with over 22 years of service, he brings military-grade discipline and operational integrity to the company's fiscal management and supply chain oversight.
His background in operational readiness ensures EnhDme runs as a stable, transparent business — so customers can trust what they're getting and when they'll get it.
