EnhDme is a brand operated by Kevin’s Caregiver Network LLC (“EnhDme,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this notice carefully before purchasing or using any product sold through www.enhdme.com.

1. We Are a Reseller, Not the Manufacturer

EnhDme is a retailer and reseller of durable medical equipment and related products. We do not design, manufacture, assemble, or test the products we sell. All products are made by third-party manufacturers, and each product’s quality, safety, performance, and compliance with applicable standards are the responsibility of its manufacturer — not of EnhDme.

2. Manufacturer Warranties

Products may be covered by a warranty offered by the manufacturer. Any such warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer, on the manufacturer’s own terms, and is not made, adopted, or extended by EnhDme. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnhDme makes no warranties of its own and disclaims all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Defective products, warranty claims, repairs, replacements, recalls, and product-performance concerns should be directed to the manufacturer. 3. Proper Use and Medical Guidance

Products sold by EnhDme are intended to be selected, set up, and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, labeling, and stated weight and usage limits. Our product listings and any related content are provided for general informational purposes only and are not medical advice. They are not a substitute for the guidance of a qualified physician, therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional. You should consult an appropriate professional to determine whether a product is suitable for your or another person’s specific needs before purchase and use. Improper selection, assembly, or use of mobility, bath-safety, and other equipment can result in serious injury.

4. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using products sold through EnhDme, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reading and following all manufacturer instructions, labels, and safety warnings, and that you assume the risks associated with selecting and using the product.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EnhDme and Kevin’s Caregiver Network LLC, together with their owners, officers, employees, and agents, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any death, personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising out of or relating to a product’s design, manufacture, condition, or use where such loss is attributable to the manufacturer or to use of the product contrary to its instructions, labeling, or intended purpose. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or your purchase will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for that product.

6. Exceptions

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability arising from our own gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any rights you may have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
