USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

For Cold Therapy:

  1. Place gel mask flat in freezer for at least 2 hours.

  2. Remove from freezer and reattach fabric cover if desired.

  3. Apply to treatment area for up to 30 minutes.

For Heat Therapy:

  1. Remove fabric cover before heating.

  2. Microwave gel mask for 15 seconds; add 5-second intervals as needed (do not exceed 150°F).

  3. Secure in fabric cover and apply to treatment area for up to 30 minutes.
