PRODUCT USAGE

✔ Cold :

• Place gel packs flat in freezer for 2+ hours.

• Insert gel packs into brace pockets.

• Apply for 15-20 minutes at a time.

✔ Hot (Microwave):

• Ensure gel packs are at room temperature.

• Heat on paper towel in microwave for 45-60 seconds.

• Reheat in 10-second intervals as needed.

✔ Hot (Stovetop):

• Boil 3 quarts of water, remove from heat.

• Submerge gel pack in hot water for 2.5-3 minutes.

Application Instructions:

1. Insert heated or chilled gel packs into brace pockets (two in front, one in back).

2. Slide the brace over a straightened leg.

3. Seaddress middle strap first, followed by upper and lower straps for a snug fit.
