How to Wear:

  1. Wear with a sock. Loosen all straps and laces
  2. Place foot in brace with tongue straight and heel centered in opening
  3. Feed laces through remaining holes, pull tightly and tie
  4. Bring inside figure-8 strap forward across top of foot, wrap under heel, and attach to side
  5. Repeat for outside figure-8 strap
  6. With foot flat, use finger loops to pull straps up firmly for proper support
  7. Wrap elastic top strap over tied laces and seaddress
