The ROHO Dry Floatation® Mattress Overlay is the original non-powered, air-filled, adjustable, and zoned reactive support surface. Designed to create a custom healing environment, this overlay benefits individuals with any stage ischemic (pressure) ulcers and/or myocutaneous flaps. Its soft, interconnected air cells adapt to the body’s contours, delivering optimal pressure redistribution and comfort.

With 720 individual air cells, the Dry Floatation overlay provides superior conformance and minimizes friction and shear for enhanced skin protection. Compact yet highly efficient, this system offers outstanding performance and durability in one easy-to-use solution.
