How To Use Cold :
Place gel pack flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Insert into the interior mesh pocket of the brace.
How To Use Heat :
Place gel pack on a paper towel in the microwave.
Heat for 15 seconds, knead to distribute heat, and check the temperature.
Reheat in 10-second intervals if needed.
Care Instructions:
Remove gel pack before cleaning.
Machine or hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
