How To Use Cold Therapy:

  1. Place gel pack flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

  2. Insert into the interior mesh pocket of the brace.

How To Use Heat Therapy:

  1. Place gel pack on a paper towel in the microwave.

  2. Heat for 15 seconds, knead to distribute heat, and check the temperature.

  3. Reheat in 10-second intervals if needed.

Care Instructions:

  • Remove gel pack before cleaning.

  • Machine or hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.

  • Air dry completely. Do not bleach.
