Usage Information:

These softly padded cushions must be used in conjunction with an existing footrest, and do not offer support under the feet. Padding can be added or removed from side pockets for extra ankle protection and comfort. Covered in vinyl with adjustable straps and buckles.

Also suggested for patients with casts, splints or braces that may need more cushioning and guarding of the affected area. The Wheelchair Legrest Padding quickly buckles onto most wheelchairs with nylon adjustable webbed straps and quick-release buckles.

Application Instructions: When applying to your wheelchair, it is best to have the user safely seated with the wheels locked. The legrest padding should be removed when user transfers out of the chair. Do not allow standing with footrests and legrest in place.
