With customizable compression and a removable gel pack for icy coolness or soothing heat, the wrist ice wrap adds comfort, swelling, stiffness and inflammation due to joint stiffness and discomfort, carpal tunnel, sprains, strains and other injuries.

Care Instructions

• Remove the Arctic Flex gel pack before cleaning
• Machine wash in cold water with like colors
• Air dry completely before use

How to Use for Cold

• Place the Arctic Flex ice wrap pack flat in the freezer for a minimum of two hours
• Remove from freezer and seaddress in the interior pocket of the wrist wrap
• Apply to the area to be treated
• use time should not exceed 20 minutes

How to Use for Heat

• Place the gel pack in the microwave on a paper towel or paper plate
• Heat on full power for 5 seconds
• Remove carefully and knead to distribute heat evenly
• Check for desired temperature
• To reheat, use 5-second intervals until desired temperature is reached
• Place the heated gel pack in the interior pocket
• While heating, watch carefully. If it starts to expand, stop heating immediately
