The Elite Balance Air HD Mattress Series provides advanced alternating pressure therapy for bariatric patients, designed for the treatment and prevention of pressure ulcers. Built with nineteen air cells, the system uses alternating cycles to redistribute pressure, promote healing, and prevent skin breakdown.

A split cell-on-cell design keeps the lower layer inflated at all times, ensuring patients remain supported in upright positions or during power outages (up to 24 hours). The digital pump features auto weight detection and customizable comfort settings with pressure ranges from 25–60 mmHg.

The HD (42") wide format supports up to 550 lbs, providing expanded comfort and stability. For additional safety, the Bolster model (6406-09) includes built-in edge supports for safer transfers and positioning.
