How to Track Your Order
- Check your email. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email contains your tracking number and the name of the carrier handling your shipment.
- Visit the carrier's tracking page using the links below and enter your tracking number to see the latest status of your delivery.
- Allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier to scan your package and display tracking updates.
Our Shipping Carriers
EnhDme ships orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Your shipping confirmation email will tell you which carrier is delivering your order. Track your package directly on the carrier's website:
Haven't Received Your Tracking Information?
If it has been more than 2 business days since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please first check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, we're happy to help:
