Prescription (Rx) Item Verification Policy

EnhDme (operated by Kevin's Caregiver Network LLC) sells certain products that are classified as prescription medical devices. This policy explains how EnhDme verifies and fulfills orders for these items. By purchasing a prescription item from EnhDme.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Products That Require a Prescription

Certain products sold on EnhDme.com — including CPAP and BiPAP machines, oxygen concentrators, and related prescription-only supplies — are FDA-regulated prescription devices. Federal law requires a valid prescription from a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before these items can be dispensed. These products cannot be purchased or received without one.

2. Certified DME Specialist

EnhDme fulfills prescription items under the oversight of Kevin Lambing, a Certified DME Specialist (CDME) credentialed by the Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) of Owings Mills, Maryland — Certificate No. C74482. Our role is to confirm that every prescription-required order is supported by a valid, verifiable prescription before it is released.

3. Our Verification Process

For every prescription item, EnhDme follows the same process, without exception:

  • Prescription required. We require a copy of a current, valid prescription for the specific item ordered.
  • Physician verification. We verify the prescription directly with the prescribing physician's office to confirm that it is authentic and current.
  • Order held until verified. Your order is placed on hold and is not shipped until verification is complete.
  • No release without verification. EnhDme will not release, ship, or otherwise dispense any prescription item until verification has been successfully completed.

4. How to Submit Your Prescription

You may submit a copy of your prescription by emailing it to customerservice@enhdme.com or by fax to +1 (360) 585-6308, or call us at +1 (888) 364-3630 for assistance. Because standard email is not a fully secure method of transmission, any document you send by email is sent at your own discretion; fax is offered as a more secure alternative.

5. Privacy of Your Prescription Information

Any prescription or related health information you provide is treated as protected health information. EnhDme limits access to these records to authorized staff, stores them securely, and uses them only to verify and fulfill your order. We do not sell or share this information, except as necessary to complete verification or as permitted by law.
