The Prevail® Air Permeable Underpad is engineered specifically for use with pressure-relieving therapy beds and low air loss mattresses. Unlike standard plastic-backed pads that can block airflow and trap heat, the KCI-072 features a specialized air-permeable backsheet. This allows the therapeutic air from the mattress to circulate freely, promoting skin health while providing heavy-duty fluid containment.
