Can the Oxlife Independence be used with a CPAP or BiPAP machine?

Yes, absolutely. Because the Oxlife Independence delivers a true, uninterrupted continuous flow of up to 3.0 LPM, it is fully compatible with most standard CPAP and BiPAP sleep therapy devices. It provides the constant stream of pressure required to keep your airways supported throughout the night.

What are the runtime differences between Continuous Flow and Pulse Dose?

Pulse mode is highly efficient, yielding up to 2.75 hours on a single battery (or over 5.5 hours on two batteries at setting 2). Continuous flow demands more power from the compressor: a single battery yields roughly 1.25 hours at 1.0 LPM Continuous, and up to 45 minutes at full 3.0 LPM output. If you frequently use continuous flow away from a wall outlet, the 2-battery bundle is strongly recommended.

Do I have to lift the unit to transport it?

Hardly ever! Unlike other large oxygen units that require a separate cart accessory, the Oxlife Independence features a built-in protective exoskeleton frame with integrated oversized wheels and a long, pull-out luggage handle. You can effortlessly pull it behind you across carpets, concrete, grass, and ramps.
