AirSep NewLife Intensity 10L Oxygen Concentrator
AirSep NewLife Intensity 10 LPM Oxygen Concentrator with O2 Monitor
Overview
The AirSep NewLife Intensity 10 is a high-flow, high-pressure stationary oxygen concentrator that delivers up to 10 LPM of continuous oxygen — and does it at a 20 PSI outlet pressure, roughly three times that of a standard concentrator. That extra pressure is the difference: it can power respiratory accessories like large-volume jet nebulizers, medication nebulizers, and venti-masks, run a tracheostomy setup without a separate compressor, and push oxygen through tubing runs up to 200 feet. It's built for both home and facility settings where higher output is needed, and this model includes the built-in oxygen monitor with a low-concentration alarm.
Available in single-flow or dual-flow configurations, it's engineered around an oversized compressor and sieve beds for durability and low maintenance. The dual-flow version adds a second flowmeter so one machine can serve two users at the same time — a practical way to cover two people from a single unit. At about 58 pounds with a compact footprint for its capability, it tucks beside a bed or chair and carries a 3-year warranty.
Flow Configuration
Select your configuration at checkout. The concentrator, output, and pressure are the same — the difference is how many flowmeters it has:
- Single Flow (AS099-101)One flowmeter; up to 10 LPM for one user
- Dual Flow (AS099-4)Two flowmeters; serves two users at once (combined up to 10 LPM)
On the dual-flow unit, the two flowmeters share a combined maximum of 10 LPM (for example 5 + 5, or 3 + 7), and both outputs deliver the full 20 PSI — the pressure is never split.
Key Features
- Up to 10 LPM of continuous flow — high-capacity output for higher-flow needs.
- 20 PSI outlet pressure — about 3× a standard concentrator — to power accessories and long tubing runs.
- Drives large-volume jet nebulizers, medication nebulizers, venti-masks, and tracheostomy setups without a separate compressor.
- Reaches up to 200 feet of oxygen tubing.
- Built-in oxygen monitor with a low-concentration alarm.
- Single-flow or dual-flow — the dual-flow serves two users from one unit.
- Oversized compressor and sieve beds for durability and low maintenance.
- Alarms for power failure, high temperature, high and low pressure, and low oxygen.
- Up to about 95.5% oxygen at lower flows (about 90% at maximum flow).
- Compact for its capability at about 58 pounds; 3-year warranty.
- Includes nasal cannulas, humidifier connector tube, adapter, and manual.
The defining feature here is the combination of high flow and high pressure: the 20 PSI outlet (about three times a standard concentrator) is what lets it run nebulizers, venti-masks, and trach setups and push oxygen through up to 200 feet of tubing — things a typical 5 LPM home unit simply can't do. Choose single-flow for one user; the dual-flow adds a second flowmeter so one machine covers two users at once (combined up to 10 LPM), which is why facilities favor it for the cost savings of one unit instead of two. It's a stationary unit that plugs into the wall, not a portable. The trade-off for all that output is that it draws more power (~590W) and runs a bit louder (~55 dB) than a basic 5 LPM concentrator.

What's the difference between single flow and dual flow?
Single flow has one flowmeter for one user. Dual flow has two flowmeters and can serve two users at the same time from one machine, sharing a combined maximum of 10 LPM (for example 5 + 5, or 3 + 7). Both outputs deliver the full 20 PSI — the pressure isn't split.
Why does it have such high pressure?
The 20 PSI outlet — about three times most concentrators — lets it power respiratory accessories like jet and medication nebulizers and venti-masks, run a tracheostomy setup without a separate compressor, and push oxygen through up to 200 feet of tubing. That's what makes it a high-flow specialty unit rather than a basic home concentrator.
Is it portable?
No — it's a stationary unit that plugs into a wall outlet. At about 58 pounds it's on the larger side, in keeping with its high output. For travel and time away from home, a portable oxygen concentrator is the right choice.
