Drive DeVilbiss iGo2 Portable Oxygen Concentrator
Drive DeVilbiss iGo2 Portable Oxygen Concentrator
Overview
The Drive DeVilbiss iGo2 is one of the smallest, lightest portable oxygen concentrators available β under 5 pounds with the battery installed β and the first to feature patented SmartDose auto-adjusting conserver technology. SmartDose reads changes in your breathing and automatically adjusts the oxygen dose, delivering more when you're active and returning to baseline at rest, so there's no manual re-adjusting as you move through your day. It offers pulse-dose settings 1β5, and SmartDose can be switched off in favor of standard PulseDose whenever you prefer.
Built with a rugged, shock-resistant overmold and a metal oxygen outlet port, the iGo2 is made to withstand everyday use, and a high-resolution color LCD stays easy to read even tucked under a seat. It runs on AC, DC (car), or battery and charges while in use, with each battery lasting about 3.5 hours at setting 2. An exceptionally sensitive conserver trigger detects even shallow breaths β so it can be used while sleeping β and an AutoBreath backup keeps oxygen flowing if no breath is briefly detected. It's FAA-approved for air travel and ships with a carry case and removable shoulder strap. Choose the standard configuration or the extra-battery configuration for longer days out.
Package Configuration
Select your configuration at checkout. The concentrator and features are identical β only the number of batteries and your untethered runtime change:
- Standard (125D)iGo2 with one battery β up to ~3.5 hrs (setting 2)
- Extra Battery (125D-XB)iGo2 with two batteries β up to ~7 hrs (setting 2)
Runtime varies with your pulse setting and breathing rate. Batteries swap quickly β even while the unit is in its carry bag β and recharge in the unit on AC or DC power.

The iGo2's headline is SmartDose β it's the first POC that auto-adjusts the oxygen dose to your breathing, so you're not constantly changing settings as you move; you can also switch it off for standard pulse dosing. Paired with one of the most sensitive conserver triggers on the market (it reads shallow breaths), that also makes it usable while sleeping, which many pulse-only units struggle with. At under 5 pounds it's genuinely easy to carry for a POC. Each battery runs about 3.5 hours at setting 2, so for a full day out the extra-battery configuration roughly doubles your untethered time β batteries hot-swap even in the carry bag, and it runs and charges in the car.

What is SmartDose?
SmartDose is an auto-adjusting conserver that changes the oxygen dose based on your breathing β delivering more when you're active and returning to baseline at rest β so you don't have to manually adjust the setting as you move. If you prefer, you can switch it off and use standard pulse dose delivery.
Can I use it while sleeping?
Its conserver trigger is exceptionally sensitive and can detect even shallow breaths, so many people use the iGo2 while sleeping. Keep in mind it's a pulse-dose unit rather than continuous flow, so follow your physician's guidance on whether it suits your nighttime needs.
Standard or extra-battery β which should I choose?
Each battery lasts about 3.5 hours at setting 2. The standard configuration includes one battery; the extra-battery configuration adds a second, roughly doubling your time away from an outlet for full-day outings. Batteries swap quickly and recharge in the unit on AC or DC power.
