You are far from alone in this. According to the most recent national data, caregiving in America has reached a scale that most people never see coming.

That number — 63 million — doesn’t fully capture the daily reality. Each morning across this country, families receive a diagnosis, a hospital discharge, or a phone call that changes everything.
