Soft, Breathable Protection for Everyday Peace of Mind
The Beck's Classic Birdseye Reusable Underpad gives you dependable, discreet protection for moderate leaks — whether you're managing everyday incontinence or recovering at home after a procedure. Sized at 24" x 36", it fits comfortably on a bed, wheelchair, recliner, or car seat, layering smoothly underneath you without bunching, shifting, or adding bulk you'll notice.
What sets this pad apart is its soft, all-natural 100% cotton birdseye top layer. The woven cotton face stays cool and breathable against skin while pulling moisture quickly down into a heavyweight polyester/rayon soaker core, so you stay dry and comfortable longer. A fully waterproof pink vinyl backing seals in moisture and protects your furniture or mattress, all while staying quiet — no crinkling or rustling when you move.

Product Specialist Insight: One of the most common frustrations with underpads is the pad sliding or bunching as you shift position. This 24" x 36" pad's texturized knitted vinyl backing grips the seating surface naturally under your body weight, so it stays put during normal movement. For best results, place the soft cotton side facing up and smooth the vinyl backing flat underneath.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How is a cotton birdseye topsheet different from polyester?
A: Polyester face layers wick moisture well but can feel warmer. This 100% cotton birdseye weave is more breathable and helps keep skin cool and dry during extended use.
Will the vinyl backing make noise when I move?
A: No. Unlike stiff disposable pads, the knitted vinyl backing on this pad stays soft, flexible, and quiet under your sheets.
How should I wash this pad to make it last?
A: Machine wash in warm or hot water with regular detergent, and skip fabric softener — it can block the cotton's absorbency. Tumble dry on low or medium heat.
Is this a good fit for overnight bed use?
A: This 24" x 36" size is ideal for seated daytime use — recliners, wheelchairs, and car seats. For overnight bed use where movement is more likely, a larger 34" x 36" or 36" x 48" Beck's Classic pad is recommended.
