Overview
The Coloplast SenSura Xpro is a one-piece drainable pouch built around Coloplast’s extended-wear adhesive — a tougher double-layer barrier that resists breakdown from output and stays secure longer than the standard SenSura, for fewer changes. The barrier is permanently attached to the pouch, so the whole appliance comes off and goes on together at each change.
The flat, cut-to-fit barrier trims to your stoma anywhere from 3/8″ to 3″ (10–76mm) using the printed blue cutting guides, and a removal ear lifts the adhesive away cleanly. It’s the Maxi length (11½″, roughly 655 mL) in transparent film with a soft, water-repellent comfort panel. The EasiClose WIDE outlet is ½″ wider than many for easy emptying and tucks away with an integrated closure, and an integrated wave filter releases gas to cut odor and ballooning — with cover labels included to protect it while showering. Latex-free.
