The ERGO SP Self-Propel Shower Chair combines ergonomic comfort with independence. Its redesigned seat plate has a natural 5° forward tilt that promotes upright sitting and a more natural position. The updated seat shape is contour-mapped for improved comfort and fit. Optional seat overlays add cushioning, create a solid surface for showering, or adjust the seat opening size.

This chair features large 24" rear wheels with quick-release axles, PVC hand rims, and easy-to-use brakes, allowing users to self-propel. When the large wheels are removed, the chair can still be rolled on its 5" casters for caregiver assistance.

Built from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the ERGO SP is strong and durable. The collection pan system fits firmly in place and is designed for easy handling, with a built-in hook to hold the lid when not in use. Smooth-rolling casters minimize dirt buildup, and the chair can be disassembled for transport or storage.

The ERGO SP adjusts easily to fit individual needs. The seat height adjusts from 18.5"–23.4", armrests can be set at three levels, and the footrests are height and angle adjustable with supportive heel loops. The coated-nylon upholstery is machine-washable and includes adjustable straps to customize firmness and depth.

The ERGO line offers a wide range of accessories such as seat overlays, positioning aids, belts, calf pads, comfort backrests, and more. Many accessories are also compatible with the Ocean line.
