The ERGO XL Shower Chair is designed with extra support and stability for larger users. It features the same innovative ERGO seating system with a natural 5° forward tilt that encourages a more upright, comfortable sitting position. The redesigned seat shape is based on pressure mapping for improved comfort and reduced strain on sensitive areas. Optional overlays provide added cushioning, a solid shower seat, or a reduced commode opening.

The XL model includes a wider backrest and increased capacity of up to 400 lbs, while maintaining a standard seat width of 18.7". Transfer supports at the front of the seat help users adjust into a secure and natural position for toileting or showering.

Built with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel frame, the ERGO XL is durable and easy to maintain. Its updated caster design minimizes dirt buildup, while the collection pan system fits securely and is easy to handle, with a built-in lid hook for convenience.

The chair offers full adjustability for comfort and fit. The seat height ranges from 18.5"–23.4", armrests adjust to three different levels, and footrests adjust in both height and angle, with supportive heel loops. Upholstery is made from coated nylon that is machine washable, with multiple straps to customize seat depth and firmness.
