2-Inch Geo-Matt Foam Overlays Sized for ICU Beds, Bassinets, Isolettes and Pediatric Cribs
The Span America Geo-Matt pediatric and neonatal overlays bring the Geo-Matt segmented foam surface to infant and pediatric sizes. Each is a 2-inch foam overlay that lies on top of an existing mattress, with the Geo-Matt’s individually cut foam cells across the top surface. They are sized to fit neonatal ICU beds, ICU bassinets, infant beds, isolettes and pediatric cribs.
Five of the six sizes come with a fire retardant Soft Skin cover, and one isolette size comes with a nylon cover instead. All are sold in cases of four, which suits hospital units and care settings that keep overlays on hand for several beds.

Product Specialist Insight: Measure the mattress the overlay will sit on and choose the matching size: the ICU (12″ × 22.5″) and ICU bassinet (13″ × 26″) sizes for neonatal units, the infant size (18″ × 25″), the isolette size (21″ × 26″) with either a Soft Skin or nylon cover, and the pediatric size (28″ × 56.5″) for cribs. The overlay adds 2″ of height, so check isolette clearance, bassinet sides and crib rails with the overlay in place. Use it under the direction of the clinical team, and follow their positioning and safe-sleep guidance for infants.
