An Aluminum Electric Floor Lift With Electric Base Widening, in 450 and 600 lb Capacities
The Handicare Eva is an aluminum electric mobile floor lift for floor, chair and bed transfers, horizontal lifting with a stretcher bar, and gait training. Both the boom and the base width are powered: the hand control has raised, easy-to-press buttons to raise and lower the person and to widen or narrow the base, so caregivers do not need to bend to the legs. The lift range runs from 19.7 to 70.5 inches, low enough to lift from the floor, and the mast adjusts to three height positions to suit the room and the transfer. Height-adjustable handles let each caregiver set a comfortable grip.
The Eva450EE is rated to 450 lbs (205 kg) and comes with a 17.7-inch sling bar. The Eva600EE is rated to 600 lbs (270 kg), has a longer, wider base and comes with a 23.6-inch SlingBar L. Both are available with low legs for lower beds. An emergency stop on the control box cuts power immediately, and manual and electrical emergency lowering let the caregiver lower the person if needed. The 2.9 Ah battery charges on the lift, with a charge-status indicator, and the Eva600EE’s control box adds diagnostics, a lift counter and an overload indicator. The lifts roll on maintenance-free encapsulated twin casters and are IPX4 rated.
