Model: MiniLift160 EM / EE and MiniLift200 Sit-to-Stand Lifts

Availability: In Stock – Ready to Ship

A Compact Electric Sit-to-Stand Lift With a Low Step-In Footplate

The Handicare MiniLift is a compact electric sit-to-stand lift for users who can bear some weight and need help rising from a seated position and moving between a bed, chair, wheelchair, commode or toilet. The user steps onto the anti-slip footplate, which sits just 2.3 inches off the floor on the MiniLift160, rests their lower legs against the soft, adjustable leg support and holds the handle bar or side supports, then the electric lift arm draws them up toward standing. The lift arm adjusts easily, and the handle bar offers several hand positions for different users. It suits users from about 4 ft 7 in to 6 ft 6 in tall.

The MiniLift is compact and easy to maneuver, with lockable rear casters. Its control box includes diagnostics with a lift counter and overload indicator, an electrical emergency stop, and manual and electrical emergency lowering. The battery charges on the lift with the built-in charger. It comes in two capacities: the MiniLift160, rated to 350 lbs, with manual (EM) or electrical (EE) base widening and standard or low legs, and the MiniLift200, rated to 440 lbs, with electrical base widening. Slings are sold separately.

MiniLift160 or MiniLift200: Which Model Do You Need?

MiniLift160 is rated to 350 lbs (160 kg) and weighs 89.3 lbs. Choose the EM for manual base widening or the EE for electrical base widening from the hand control, each with standard or low legs.

MiniLift200 is rated to 440 lbs (200 kg) for heavier users. It has electrical base widening as standard, a wider base range (up to 40.6″ outside), and weighs 108 lbs. It comes with standard legs only.

Equipment Specialist Insight: A sit-to-stand lift is for users who can bear some weight and hold on; for someone who cannot, choose a full-body lift. Pick the MiniLift160 for users up to 350 lbs and the MiniLift200 for users up to 440 lbs. The EE is worth it when the base is opened and closed often, so caregivers don’t have to bend to the legs. Choose low legs on the MiniLift160 if the bed or chair sits close to the floor. Check that the open base fits around the chair or commode, and fit a sit-to-stand sling sized for the user; slings are sold separately.
