Medline Ultrasorbs Premium Underpads are extra-absorbent disposable pads that protect beds and other surfaces from leaks. A superabsorbent polymer core pulls fluid away from the surface and locks it in, which helps keep the top of the pad dry and helps control odor.
The pad is air-permeable, so it can be used on low air loss mattresses and other specialty support surfaces, while a backsheet that liquid can’t pass through protects what is underneath. Soft materials make it comfortable to lie on. Each pad measures 30" x 36" and is latex-free, and they come 70 to a case in bulk packaging.
