The Span America PressureGuard CFT In-Home Styles brings the PressureGuard CFT air mattress to standard household bed sizes, so it can be used on a regular box spring or a specialty bed frame. It uses Constant Force Technology: interconnected air cylinders linked to elasticized reservoirs that automatically re-balance as the user moves, with no pump, control unit, power cord or noise. In the Full, Full Long and Queen sizes, the air therapy zone covers half of the mattress width and the other half provides static support, so one person can use the therapy side while the rest of the bed feels like an ordinary mattress.
Firm two-part foam Safety Edge bolsters run along the sides. The cover is made to look like home bedding rather than hospital equipment, with a dark blue moisture-barrier top and a light blue cloth bottom, and the mattress has an inner fire-barrier sleeve. The Full, Full Long and Queen sizes are rated to 750 lbs total for one or two users. The Dual King is an 80 × 38-inch therapy half rated to 500 lbs: order it together with RW8038 to make up a full 80 × 78-inch split king surface.
