It is cut from a single 5-inch layer of combustion-modified foam, with a cross-cut top surface divided into three distinct zones. The cut cells flex individually to conform to the body, which helps redistribute pressure across the surface. It supports users up to 250 lbs, and it can be rotated head to foot for even wear.
The cover is fluid-proof nylon and vinyl that is fire resistant, tear resistant, cleanable and replaceable, with a pleated design that integrates with the mattress to minimize hammocking. At about 17 lbs, the mattress ships folded and boxed, which makes it easier to bring into a home. It comes in three lengths — 75, 80 and 84 inches — all 35 inches wide and 5 inches high.
