The Span America Geo-Mattress Pro RP is the raised-perimeter version of the Geo-Mattress Pro, a non-powered foam mattress. It is 6 inches high in the centre and 8 inches along the sides, where the raised foam edges define the edge of the sleep surface. The mattress is a single layer of zoned foam with a Geo-Matt segmented top of more than 800 individually articulating cells, arranged in head, torso and foot zones, which conform to the body to help redistribute pressure. Ring-of-Air channels around the cells help carry heat and moisture away.
A tapered heel slope at the foot end is designed to shift load from the heels onto the lower legs. The cover is fluid-proof, wipe-clean and bacteriostatically treated, with an ultra-low moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) and a hidden zipper. The Pro RP supports users up to 300 lbs, weighs about 24 lbs, and comes in three 35-inch-wide lengths: 75, 80 and 84 inches.
