The U-Turn Bolster is designed to assist caregivers in repositioning patients. The u-shaped pillow slides between the legs when the patient is on their back, then the caregiver can extend the patient's legs and slowly turn them onto their side. Once on their side, the pillow holds them in place for comfortable positioning during daily care activities.

The Low Shear II fabric cover is hypoallergenic, waterproof, and easy to maintain. An optional support strap can be secured around bed rails for added stability during positioning.
