For users requiring powered alternating support, the included Balanced Aire Pump easily connects to convert the surface into a dynamic alternating pressure system.

The mattress is topped with a 2.5" hybrid visco-elastic memory foam layer that supports surface conformance and moisture management. A high-density foam perimeter provides firm edge support for stable transfers, while a specialized 7" to 5" heel slope is designed to reduce contact on the heel area. Encased in a 4-way stretch, fluid-resistant nylon cover, the Balanced Aire provides a durable, low-friction, and vapor-permeable surface.
